- Standard ground shipping is free. Always. On everything. That's easy enough, isn't it? Of course, we know that guys often procrastinate, so we offer upgraded shipping options depending on your delivery zip code. We guarantee all orders will ship from our warehouse withing 2 business days, and after that it's up to the postal service. We are located in Utah, so overnight and 2-day deliver is possible to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to have a good experience so, TheGuyStore™ offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you need to return an item, please return the product with all original packaging (the box you’ve been saving) and documentation. We encourage you to insure the shipment for the purchase amount. Some large items that are difficult to ship may be repaired in your home or at a facility near you. Contact us and we will make appropriate arrangements.

You also have the option to provide e-mail addresses of friends and family with whom you would like to share your wish list. We will notify via e-mail the recipients with whom you choose to share your wish list and tell them how they can easily access it through our Web site.
